Industry expert Jessica Osborne has recently developed a new workshop series where she will offer her services to help you confidently begin and manage your new residential build.

Jessica has spent the last eight years in the property development industry and is a member and trainer at the Real Estate Institute of Qld (REIQ); is a certified Business Sustainability Assessor (Level 2 audits) and remains Treasurer on board of Australian Green Development Forum (www.agdf.org.au)

She has been involved in developer land sales since 2009 and comprehensively understands the house and land purchase and development process, averaging 70 sales a year – over the past three years alone she has personally managed the construction of her own personal investments equal to 10 homes in the Brisbane and Sydney areas.

Jessica’s proven ability and intimate working knowledge of all the whole process; from the land development approval, right through to hand over, attracts consumers and industry alike.
